• Usage data

  Turning gather usage data that is not personally identifiable to users in order to enhance and improve our service. The collected data provides us with a broad understanding of the features our users utilize and find engaging. It is exclusively utilized for studying and enhancing the overall performance of Turning and will not be employed for marketing, advertising, or data mining objectives, either by us or any third parties.

• Diagnostics

  Turning collects diagnostic data that is not personally identifiable to quickly identify and resolve issues. The collected diagnostic data is solely used for bug fixing and improving our service, with no intention of utilizing it for marketing, advertising, or data mining purposes, including by any third parties.

• Inquiry diagnostics

  When you submit an inquiry through the customer center, we collect the inquiry text you enter and your reply email address. Only if you separately agree on the "Diagnostic Info Notice" screen, we also collect diagnostic information needed to identify the cause of your inquiry. This diagnostic information includes the app version, OS and device model, your registered apps with the last 7 days of usage time and session records, screen navigation history, subscription status, app settings and permission states, error logs, and an installation identifier. It does not include your nickname, date of birth, contact details, or authentication tokens. Your inquiry is delivered normally even if you do not agree. Diagnostic information is forwarded to the person in charge through our internal collaboration tool (Slack) for handling your inquiry, and is used solely to diagnose the cause of the inquiry and improve our service.

Access to data

Should there be any inquiries or requests regarding the exercise of User rights, individuals may kindly direct them to the Owner using the contact information specified within this document. Such requests can be made without incurring any charges and will be promptly attended to by the Owner, ensuring a response within a maximum period of one month.

Retention time

In accordance with the purpose for which they have been collected, Personal Data will be processed and stored for an appropriate duration. The following provisions outline the retention periods:

• Personal Data collected for the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the contract has been fully executed.
• Personal Data collected for the legitimate interests of the Owner will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill those interests. Users can obtain specific information regarding the pursued legitimate interests by referring to the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner directly.
• Inquiry diagnostics are retained for 6 months from the date of transmission and then securely destroyed.

In cases where the User has provided consent for the processing of Personal Data, the Owner may retain such data for a longer duration, provided that the consent is not withdrawn. Additionally, the Owner may be required to retain Personal Data for an extended period to fulfill a legal obligation or comply with an authority's order.
